Well i'll "assume" my error and i'll to talk to him after the raid, after because i don't like to discuss things when we're raiding..., and try to make him understand that i was not wrong
2. If you were asked to sit out for a raid that you signed up for well in advance, how would you react? (be honest and explain!)
I have no problem at all with that, because i think the only way to achieve things is changing the weekest part of your team, that being maybe one member or a whole class etc.

3. Are you familiar with the "Zero-Sum" DKP system of loot distribution? Aye!

I raided with Artakochi for 2 months in Surge, and he was there for the big Naxx push and all the way up until the disband. He and a couple other Chileans were a solid group within Surge for a good period of time. Calquiin and Kriz along with Artakochi. I don't remember any others. Pretty solid guy to stick with the rigorous raiding schedule for as long as he did. Great guy, good mage.

Wow, nice app.

Gear looks about as good as you could expect a mage that has his lvl of BC progression to be. Great spec, well enchanted and gemmed. Even is hit capped (you will typically be put in an elemental shammy groups, fyi (gives +4% hit)).

Best I could suggest is that you have some pvp HP gear to switch into as a few BT and MH fights require a lot more stam than crafted fire gear can give.

Ahh nice shammies ftw, about the stam i'm aware and i have some gear to replace in case of fight with a lot of dmg going on.

And about 2.3.2, IV its gonna be a must-have its like 5-7% increment to your dps, u gona lose clearcasting that is like 5000ish mana in a 10min fight, but its totally covered with the new mana-gems :P

Artakochi, next time you go online, ask someone who's name is in red or orange(on the forums, duh) from TFB for a /ginvite. We are going to invite you to the guild as an app so you can run 10 mans, heroics, pvp and just chat with everyone. We aren't going to raid again until January 8th, and we don't want you getting bored and apping elsewhere.

I thought Artakochi did great for a first night with a new guild in SSC. SSC is one of those instances where you can do every single boss differently.

I know when I did SSC for the first time with TFB I found they did every single fight differently that I had done in MH (particularly Leo, Morgrim and Fathom). So there is a going to be an adjustment phase. And Vashj feel like a complete cluster fuck the first time you do it.
